1-2-1 Personal Training Services

1-2-1 Personal Training is designed to suit the individual - there is no "one size fits all". A free (informal) consultation will help me identify your training needs and how I can help you with these. As part of your initial consultation, I will gather information from you including (but not limited to) any previous fitness experience, injuries or health issues that may affect your training, likes and dislikes regarding different types of exercise. We will also discuss any nutritional needs you may have. This gathering of information allows me to identify the most appropriate type of training for you and ensure I give you the best possible experience. With this in mind, I offer 45 minute and hour long 1-2-1 personal training sessions and I will help you decide which option is best for you. I offer a discount for advance payment on multiple sessions. These sessions can be booked in advance or on a session by session basis.

1-2-1 Personal Training Options

45 Minute 1-2-1 Training

45 minute 1-2-1 sessions allow more time to factor in a variety of functional training and resistance training. 

                          Session Prices

                          1 session = £40

                        6 sessions = £220

                       10 sessions = £360

60 Minute 1-2-1 Training

60 minute 1-2-1 sessions provide plenty of time to achieve a variety of training techniques as well as focus on form.

                          Session Prices

                          1 session = £50

                         6 sessions = £275

                        10 sessions = £450

2-2-1 Personal Training Services

Training with a friend or partner is a great option for those who want the input of a PT at a reduced cost. The cost of a session is split between the two of you making it more affordable. Training as a pair can also help motivate you to work harder - a little friendly competition is always good fun! I offer 45 minute or hour long sessions for 2-2-1 training. I do not recommend 30 minute sessions for paired training as it isn't enough time for two people, however 30 minutes is available on reque
