A healthy diet promotes good health and wellbeing. It is essential for growth and development, and contributes towards improving quality and length of life as well as reducing the risk of chronic illness. We need to fuel our bodies for them to be able to cope with the demands we put on them in everyday life. Whether it is for maintaining a reasonable level of activity, or for sports performance or recovery, we must make sure we fuel appropriately. However, many people struggle with nutrition and need support in putting together a plan (and following it).
Nutritional coaching can reduce the pressure on you to work out how to fuel your body. By working with you, I will assess your lifestyle alongside your goals and develop an individual plan for you. We will work together to find the most appropriate food choices and ensure you understand the reasons behind the food choices. You will have my full support and guidance throughout to ensure you have all the tools you need to stick to the plan and achieve your goals.
