If you struggle to get motivated to attend by yourself, why not train with a friend or two? I provide small group training sessions for up to 4 people. Ideally you need to have a similar level of fitness and similar goals so that sessions can be designed to meet your needs. However, all exercises can be altered to make them accessible to each member of the group.

I run a Sunday morning Bootcamp for people of all abilities. We work for an hour and there is a wide variety of exercises that are accessible to all. This is a friendly and supportive group and they are welcoming to new members.
Bootcamp runs Sunday morning 8-9am, £10 per person.
