Group Training Services

Group training is great for those who struggle with motivation. Working with others provides you with additional support, motivates you to keep going and makes you accountable (you'll put 100% in even when you're struggling). Group sessions can be great fun with music pumping and a structure to the training. I provide small group training and larger group training to cater for all abilities and fitness levels. Group Training Options

Small Group Training

If you struggle to get motivated to attend by yourself, why not train with a friend or two? I provide small group training sessions for up to 4 people. Ideally you need to have a similar level of fitness and similar goals so that sessions can be designed to meet your needs. However, all exercises can be altered to make them accessible to each member of the group.

Larger Group Training

I run a Sunday morning Bootcamp for people of all abilities. We work for an hour and there is a wide variety of exercises that are accessible to all. This is a friendly and supportive group and they are welcoming to new members.

Bootcamp runs Sunday morning 8-9am, £10 per person.

Boxing Circuit Training Options

Private Boxing Group Fitness Sessions

Small group training for you and up to 4 friends. Get a group together and have fun training together while building your fitness level. All abilities and levels of fitness catered for. Contact me for further information.

Larger Boxing Group Fitness Sessions

A high intensity circuit geared towards building both strength and fitness, centred around boxing. Expect lots of high energy movements and fun. Maximum of 12 people in a group. Contact me for further information.
