Combine coaching and training to get maximum support..
Half an hour of coaching where we discuss your difficulties with the menopause and come up with strategies for coping with these. Coaching will be led by you to ensure you get what you need out of it. Following the coaching session we head into the gym for a 30 minute workout designed specifically to meet your needs.
Individual session = £55
6 sessions = £300
10 sessions = £495
45 minutes of coaching where we discuss your difficulties with the menopause and come up with strategies for coping with these. Coaching will be led by you to ensure you get what you need out of it. Following the coaching session we head into the gym for a 45 minute workout designed specifically to meet your needs.
Individual session = £70
6 sessions = £385
10 sessions = £630
45 minutes of coaching where we discuss your difficulties with the menopause and come up with strategies for coping with these. Coaching will be led by you to ensure you get what you need out of it. Following the coaching session we head into the gym for an hours workout designed specifically to meet your needs.
Individual session = £80
6 sessions = £440
10 sessions = £720
A 12 week training plan for you to follow in the gym. Workouts (3 strength training sessions per week, plus additional cardio sessions) are provided via an app and scheduled for you to complete when convenient to you. The app provides the option for you to complete check-ins for me to monitor your progress, and WhatsApp support is available to all following this plan.
£50 every four weeks.
£135 upfront payment for 12 weeks
45 minute 1-2-1 sessions allow time to factor in a variety of functional training and resistance training.
1 session = £35
6 sessions = £195
10 sessions = £315
60 minute 1-2-1 sessions provide plenty of time to achieve a variety of training techniques as well as focus on form.
1 session = £45
6 sessions = £247
10 sessions = £405
Coaching and training do not have to follow on from each other in one session. If time is an issue, they can be split across two sessions as long as they are scheduled within the same week.
All the above packages (with the exception of the standalone 12 week training plan) are available as a four-weekly payment when you commit to six months coaching / training.
