Who Am I?

I am a fully qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor. Having been diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovary syndrome) at 19, I always struggled with my weight. Through finding the right combination of exercise and diet, I was able to overcome a lot of my issues. I have since been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid and ME (myalgic encephalomyelitis). While I am medicated for my thyroid, I largely manage my health through eating the right foods and keeping my activity levels up.

How I can help

I offer both personal training and nutritional coaching services. I work with each client on an individual basis, assessing their needs and the best approach for them - there is no "one size fits all".
